Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Pizza bases are perishable goods and cannot be returned once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately, and we’ll make it right.
For catering services, deposits and payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled event. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your pizza bases arrive damaged, thawed, or incorrect, or if there is an issue with your catering service, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (pizza bases, dough, or any food items)
- Catering deposits and payments (if canceled within [14] days of the event)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for pizza bases due to food safety regulations. If there is an issue with your order, let us know, and we’ll find a solution.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at rocco@pizzarocco.com
